Cher has spent seventeen years in production, starting as a runner at Red Pepper Pictures and worked her way through to line producing and in recent years, embracing the role of post-production producer. She gained invaluable experience and knowledge through the years by working with agencies, production houses and clients through projects ranging from commercials to corporate communication, educational content for broadcast, feature films, music videos and pitches for business on many brands, both local and international.

TAFARA TSUROAssistant Editor
Tafara is highly skilled, with solid experience in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere and Avid Media Composer. Her ambitious, energetic, hardworking and dependable and always willing to learn attitude makes her a valuable asset. Extremely attentive to audio and video details. Very proficient in digital video and non-linear editing systems, including quality control, online editing, subtitles and deliverables. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with great professionalism.

MARC BALEIZAManaging Director
Marc Baleiza has been a post-production professional for more than fifteen years. He grew up within the digital transformation and has consulted both locally and abroad on post-production. Since 2014 he has been managing one of the most successful post-production facilities in Johannesburg, as well as arranging financing and co-production agreements for successful South African feature films.

NICHOLAS COSTARASCreative Director
Nicholas Costaras is an acclaimed editor. He has edited two of the most significant box office success in South Africa in the last twenty-four months. The winner of a SAFTA award for best editing in a feature film and several more nominations, he has run his own advertising agency. Also, he has credits as a Director, Producer, Director of Photography, Visual Effects artist and Post Supervisor. His creative eye and vision are highly sought after.

CHRIS HARVEYTechnical Director
Chris Harvey is an entrepreneur and has amassed a wealth of experience, spending years as a senior DIT in the film industry. His understanding of technology and his attention to detail have earned him local and international credits. His ability to quickly problem-solve makes him indispensable in applying solutions to the needs of both domestic & international productions. In 2017 he found international film festival success with his short film Tears In The Rain.
